About GaiaLink

A secure, decentralized platform bridging the gap between local communities and public administrators through structured incident tracking and validation.

Our Mission

GaiaLink was built to solve administrative inertia. In many local municipalities, reporting environmental hazards or infrastructure issues feels like shouting into a void. We provide communities with an interactive mapping tool to document incidents while giving local authorities a transparent, audited back office to manage and resolve them.

Core Architecture

Community-Driven Mapping

Citizens drop precise, geolocated pins with status descriptions, physical attachments, and coordinates to catalog local incidents on a shared map interface.

Verified Administrative Queue

Authorized personnel manage submissions through a protected, role-based dashboard. Incidents are reviewed, categorized, and updated through verifiable validation states.

Immutable Audit Trails

Every administrative status change triggers a logged entry, creating a transparent historical audit of municipal responsiveness and decision-making.
